Hello, my name is Ian and I have been following this forum for a while and thought its about time i registered and introduced myself.
My last visit to borovets was in 1997 and my next one will be on the 26th Jan, I am coming on my own this time so look forward to meeting some of you at Bobbys for some vodka tasting.

Im sure we will all be in Bobbys on Saturday night at some point and if you need someone to ski or board with just ask around and you will find someone of your ability who im sure will welcome you along. Find the Roll call thread for the 26th and add yourself to the list.

Welcome to the Invasion Crew. Several of us are going to Borovets on our own, but you'll find everyone very friendly. You'll also find most of us in Bobby's Bar!

Thank for the welcome guys, I am flying in from Gatwick at 13.00 but expecting delays so if anyone else is flying from there next sat I will be in the bar for an over priced beer.

Est Mids 13.30 ish, Bristol 13.30 ish, Gatwick 13.00 wow Sophia Airport will be crammed.

I think the tour operators book their flights close together so they can fill the transfer coaches( troop carriers).
If we dont get too many delays then we should be in resort by 20.00 and in Bobbys by 20.05

I will drop in later in Bobbys Bar and had a last beer for this year in Borovez.

Hi,
I went to Borovets alone last year. Bobbys Bar and the forum meet is definitely the place to go to make friends. I'm flying out from Gatwick (2 of us this time - both boarders) at 14.55 on Saturday. Expecting delays too so may see you in the bar.

I am also coming out solo on the 27th, staying at Samokov Hotel...I am up for meeting for drinks at Bobby's Bar..can't wait...a week to go!
