new year in pamporovo

Hi
its my first time skiing with the boyfriend, and am just trying to plan what i will need to take with me. We are there over new year and i was wondering what the dress code is generally in the hotels? we are staying at the perelik, but looking at some friends photos from new years elsewhere skiing and they are wearing tuxs etc..do i need to pack a dress for new year?

Pamporovo is generally realxed and anyhting goes, especially the perelik, its the centre of the resort and for the past five years ive seen everything from fancy dress wonderwoman outfits to usual going out clothes, i would say that a tux is a bit over the top.Pamps is more relaxed

thanks, have you been there over new year? does anything happen like fireworks or something? very excited, just hopes theres good snow

me and the wife are there for new year too....fingers crossed for a tump of snow!!!
