hi,finally booked arriving on new years eve,me and the wife, staying at the Moura, any advice on hote,l and anywhere you could recommend for us for celebrating new year, cheers Paul
Moura is absolutely fine. Quite basic, but good location (about 50m from the gondola) and rooms are pretty good. It has the same owner as the Breza but in my opinion the rooms are generally much better. They also have happy hours which don't tend to be just for the hour!! In terms of the food, we don't eat in the hotels but most people say it's okish and better than some!!

In terms of New Years Eve, most restaurants / bars put on a set meal and they can vary from about 70lev to 100lev then at midnight, eveyone goes out on the street and wathces the fireworks and throw capbombs. Last year we went to Mamacitas and had a great night with excellent food - this year will doing NY Eve in Bobby's Bar!
