newbie needs help please!!!

hey peeps this myt seem a daft question but im new to this .ive booked a package to go to pamps with ski hire and lessons and passes included so when i get there where do i get all of these from?may be stupid question but i js dno lol sure its simple can anyone help???? You may get them on the coach transfer by your rep or he / she will give you a time and place to meet next morning and give them out.

Well with thomson we got a welcome pack on the coach and the next day we met them at Ski Center 2 where they gave us a voucher to go pick up ski pass and another for my girlfriend to get her skis.
