Firstly, don't expect the type of nightlife you find in Borovets in Bansko. Bansko is very much a small traditional family type village with very few nightclubs and bars. However, they do have a fantastic array of tradaitional Bulgarian restaurants (mehana's) that are both very friendly and cheap. Bansko differs from Pamps and Boro in that it was not purpose built to be a ski resort. The Bansko village was there long before any thoughts of a ski resort.

I beg to differ horster :p, ive been to all 3 resorts and in all honesty my friends and myself have enjoyed the nightlife at Bansko a bit more, don't get me wrong Borovets and paps are amazing too but we seemed to find there where more people our age (19-21) in Bansko, but yeh I guess its gona be one of those personal preference things
Anyways if ur well into skiing / boarding and your planning to hit the snow everyday then you shouldnt have the energy to go on a massive bender every ...
