booked Romania 13th Jan hope my legs will have recovered for Borovets 5th Feb, last year it took me at least 3 weeks to get over a great holiday in Borovets I dont know if it was the sking or the dancing in the happy duck. Top bar any one going at that time

Try to get yourself fit before you go and don't forget to soak in a hot bath after each day on the slopes to ease your muscles. It works like a charm! Wink

baths do work but age does play a part you will find it harder as you get older

But it's worth it don't you think?
