Just had a look at the homes for sale in Bulgaria and wish I had'nt
New chalet's being built as part of a small villag only 2 km from the slopes of Pamps! And my friends it gets better new apartments already being built next door to Hotel Panorama cant remember where that is! All at bargain prices. Oh dear Mr bank manager hellooooooo

I know, prices look good.Had thoughts about giving up the rat race, selling up and buying a hotel in Pamps.
Not sure I'm brave enough. Too many things to go wrong.

friends of ours have just bought a place round the corner from pamps, big place, quiet area and most of all CHEAPre: oh dear

I have seen the new apartments they are building, they are in stoikete, thankfully we bought there before these were being built, which has obviously pushed up prices.
There are still properties for sale in the villiage, but I suggested if you are interested buy sooner rather than latter as prices are going up all the time.
If anyone is interested I can give them the number and e-mail of a very good lawyer, and any other information they need.

Just taken the plunge + put a deposit down on one of the chalets (gulp!). Never been to Pamps or Bulgaria but due to visit early next year (have spent hours on the internet before deciding) - sounds like a cool place. Anyone know the area where the chalets are being built? - any comments greatfully received! Me and er indoors keen to learn to ski + also hopefully a good investment in the long term!!re: oh dear

Thanks MoeyLooked at The Monastery (they are now sold out) + decided that we like the idea of having our own Chalet - they are apparently approx 2km from Pamporovo + will have a courtesy shuttle bus.
There are also some apartments being built nearby (biodar.net) which look like good value.
