Stayed twice before at the Samokov and last year we tried the Rila. I must say the food in the Rila was better than the previous 2 years at the Samokov, but I am hoping it has got better. We like the ski instructors better at the Samokov. We brought friends with us last year and they are returning with us again this year + 3 other friends who have never been skiing / snowboarding on snow before. Reading some of the other reports it's hard to know whether to believe some of the comments ...
