Mal, Are you considering any other locations, if not what attracted you to Orpheus? I was told the Orpheus development was very close to town yet also ski in /out. Can you confirmre: orpheus
No, sorry I wasn't clear. I have already bought in Cedar Heights a couple of years ago and was staying there with the kids. The snow was poor and a mate had asked me to look at some developments on his behalf.
The first block or two of The Orpheus is at shell stage and outside the resort a bit.

The first block or two of The Orpheus is at shell stage and outside the resort a bit.
As far as I remember you drive on up past the middle station and then turn right along a track maybe four or five hundred metres long. There is a recently built hotel beside the development it which I think was called Extreme Hotel. The blocks face south towards the Greek border.
There is another road which leads directly across through the forest and brings you out onto one of the runs which I think was green 6. The agent mentioned something about a ski run coming close to the development but to be honest I wasn't paying too much attention.
I have more information but probably best to PM me as I don't want to stray too far into property territory on the forum.
