this is for anyone who has not being to bulgaria before.
despite all the gripes that people post on here i would just like to say that we had a wonderful xmas in borovets, hotel was good, food was good, weather was snowy, ski-ing was fab, our best holiday in years
Hmmm - you must be the ones responsible for eating all the edible food before I arrived - on two occasions.
Food at the restaurants is very good to excellent, hotel food is pretty bland. This is a generallisation and from several friends experience - not just mine.
As I've mentioned in other posts, eating out is so cheap and the food so good that we have always done that since the 2nd day of our first visit.
I'll be there again in just 4 days time - can't wait, especially as I've ...
