Wot was so bad stayed there last year it was exceptional.

Andrew word of advice, do not send yur letter to customer services it is pointless as you will get standard reply. It is worth digging around on the internet to find out the name of one of the Directors preferbly the MD and send it to he/she and mark it Private. Tip I picked up a few years back from a consumer programme,worked for me when I sent a letter of complaint to Cosmos,go a reply from MD.
