pamporovo hotel

Hi to all you Skiers,flight bgh5814
We are of to Pamporovo on the 18th and are praying to the wonderful man up above to bless us with white magic and a good crowd to meet up with.Can anyone tell me what the Pamporovo hotel is like?many thanks snowqueen

It's a superb hotel, a little isolated from the nightlife but no more than a 10 minute stroll or a 10 lev taxi ride in the evening to get to the heart of the resort.

All the facilities you need to make your stay a pleasurable one is right on hand, but you may find your wait for a ski buss a little longer than the other hotels as they are often full by the time they reach your hotel.

Other than that ........... Superb

Thanks for that.How far is it to the Slopes from Hotel and would taxi be expensive rather then wait for bus or do they run at different times ",maybe catch a later one."try and warm up with a "Fuelled Hot Choccie"

You could walk it in about 20 minutes, it's about a mile but the road down can be a little dangerous. A taxi ride will cost you about 7 - 10 levs and we often take this option on busy mornings.
