certainly for a few days. There are enough challenging runs to keep you busy for a few days - and there are the two new runs too this year. Not forgetting you have Chepelare within a 30 min drive.
yes in Pamps you would be doing the same reds and blacks over again but each time you do the run you do it differently. I like the challenge of perfecting the runs and being able to do them over and over each time a little faster/better.
Having only been to Pamps I can't comment on Boro but I feel the same way as missizippi. I like Pamps because it's easy to navigate and the runs change from day to day. Hitting them harder and faster or trying different lines is what it's all about!
I've done the Wall (black) a few times and each time it scares me!!!
Boro would be the better option as an intermediate if you want to improve. Pamps is a good option for beginners but a little short on challanges. Can be a little short on snow too as I have found to my cost.
I've been a few times, so I guess I'm classed as an intermediate now. I love Pamps - the runs are very pretty and quite challenging enough for me.
I still like to coast down the greens and blues so I can concentrate on trying to improve without having to worry.
The other good thing about Pamps is the resort is not spread out - so that the whole ski area is covered by short range walkie talkies. This allows the older kids a bit more freedom as they can ski a different run and still keep in touch with us.
