pamporovo ski schools

How many different ski schools are there in pamporovo and which has the best prices? am searching the web but am finding it hard to find any. I'v seen interski but nothing else. Are they all within easy reach? Looking to get cheapest ski hire and around 2-3 2 hour lessons or so. We have a free lift pass with our package.

thanks
Nikki

also bit of a problem, my boyfriend has never skied and iv had 1 day of ski experience and can do snowplough turns. We are thinking of buying one of the first time packages due to the price but im wondering if i will find this really boring, or if thats the best way to get us upto the same level?

re: pamporovo ski schools

i really think it depends on how capable your boyfriend is , you will probably find yourself repeating what you have learned on the first day anyway and by the end of it, he will probably be on the same level, groups in pamps are going to be quite small so i have heard , you will probably get more one on one time with the instructor.Best to buy a learn to ski cos its cheaper and then move up a level if you need to.Good luck

re: pamporovo ski schools

Cheapest does not always equate to best value for money.
I would recommend looking at Interski, they will do the ski hire and offer private lessons which you can do together and overall you will progress much quicker therefore needing less group lessons (if you see what I mean!).
We had group lessons when we first went to Pamps, but had private the following year, our friend who had never been before where at the same standard just by having the private lessons.

Have you booked with a tour op because if you have book your lesson's with them. Interski are very good and I would recomend them.

thanks for the advice. has anyone tried snowschool steve? also do you need to book lessons and skis from the same place to make life easy? and do you leave your skis down there over night.

Nikki,
Interski will do it all. You also leave you skis with them overnight.
Check out their website.

re: pamporovo ski schools

so i emailed interski and they said to book lessons i need to send them a 50 euro deposit and they sent me their bank account details. im weary of this incase they say i never paid, should i just wait until im there and turn up on the day? (my first day is dec 27th so high season) or should i risk it? are they usually booked up? Im hoping for 2 half day private lessons
