pamps any info

hi could anyone tell me what the conditions in pamps are like at the mo, also we are looking at going there with our 4 yr old is there a ski kingergarden there???
and over all what it is like we have been to borovets and that was very nice and catered everything for us cheche etc.
any info would be great.
