pamps equipment hire

hey guys headin out to pamps in a couple of weeks and have booked learn to board packs for me and my mate. I have also paid for snowboard carrage cause we are takin our own boards with us. We are both skiers also and i tried to explain the the woman from balkan if we could keep the board pack but get skis instead to use in the afternoons but she couldnt understand what i was tryin to say.. Was just wonderin if i keep it the same can i just say to the rep when we get there that we want to ...

Try e-mailing Balkan Dave - sometimes the 'quality' of response is better than you get over the phone - maybe because they have time to think about it! So long as you make your request clear, they should respond pretty quickly.
