I have just spoken with our good friend Kotsi (ski instructor from Momtchilovtsi)and he has advised that only the T-Bar blue and the top part of the green are skiable at the mo.....no other runs safe to ski.
BUT--as per your good buddies Hornster and Benson--the local forecasts in Bg are also now talking snow from thursday onwards.
he reckons about 20cm will make the runs skiable--anything over this a bonus.
