pamps ski pass

can someone who has been to pamps tell me exactley how the ski passes work? do you have to enter it into a card reader? is it read a bar code or do they work magnetically. when in andorra i had my pass inside my glove and when i offered my glove upto an electro magnet reader the gate opened. thanks drew

simlar to andora just have to have pass in pocket or glove so the reader can pick it up then you can go through the gates realy easy
