going to pamps on sat is the web cam pic a good indication or not as to what the rest of the slopes are really like. Ive read that the picture is @ the bottom could someone please confirm.

Yes mate at the bottom of the slopes..

I read a report on a earlier post saying that there was snow up top that was ok for begginers but tough on experianced skiers..

Rocks poking through etc..
