alas it is nearly a week since i stayed at the perelik...returned sat 22nd (boo hoo). The Perelik is lovely. The waiters in the restaurant work their socks off, tables are always clean and tidy and they really do bend over backwards to help you. The food is good, a different choice every day (the roast pork and roast beef were especially yummy). BJs is really good for a boogie late at night. Happy hour is between 4.30-5.30 and 10.30-11.30. 2 for 1 on all bulgarian spirits...the vodka as i remember is particularly good (hic again). There is also a lounge bar which is pretty chilled and again the drinks are all so reasonably priced. The Perelik is far superior than its 3 stars and you will have a wonderful time. Im so jealous of you.....i want to go now! Have fun
