Perelik is right in the centre of the resort, Enough bars in the hotel its self, the italian resturant by the swimming pool is very nice to eat in and also the mexican to the right of the reception is too, didnt think much of the actual resturant in Perlik. The white horse accross the road from the hotel is great for food, its beside the 24hr shopre: perelik
well it gets better by the min, all we need is snow now re: perelik

Great hotel - just came back from there on Sunday. Lots to do plus a nice restaurant called the Italian. It's in the heart of Pamporovo so everything's only a stones throw away. It's not too noisy, but if you should happen to find yourself near noisy people then the receptionists are really helpful and if they have anywhere to move you to, they will. 
Also, as someone else said, there is a bus that takes you to and from directly outside the hotel to the slopes everyday, just don't ...
