hi, usually stay in strazite, but due to iver booking we may well be going to the prun, 1st is it any good, 2nd i know its further frm the gondola, but is it further down the hill, or off to the side? is the walking all up hill, we have 2 less able bodied people in our party who liek to come up for dinner ect so just finding out from people in the know )
its a very good hotel, reports on here have always been good. about a 10 min walk there is a ski bus that runs until about 10.30 ish, I think it would be difficult for less able bodied people simply because the paths are quiet uneven and if its been snowing very hard to judge, dont know if your partner/wife has posted on this before if she has then I know you have tried, but the kempiski would be better for you.
thanks sam, where is the perun in relation to the strazite? were still trying for the Kempiski, but with such a large group, and due to christmas getitng in the way lol we havent heard anything back yet, but i was just doing more research if the kemp is a no-no
As you head from the strazite to the Gondola, about half way up the road there is a road to the left. Its about 5mins walk over that road. I dont think it should be much more of a strenous walk than the strazite to the Gondola as it is slightly higher up. The only thing is as the previous poster stated the footpatrhs may not be great. but as you know they are not great from the strazite to the gondola either
We were supposed to stay at the strazite last year but ended up in the perun, the hotel is fantastic and easily as good if not better than the strazite, jacks directions are spot on too.
