Disposable contacts every time - you will get over the scary poking yourself in the eye thing very quickly and you will soon wonder what all the fuss was about. Very Happy

contact lenses then you can switch from googles to sunglasses if needed. buy some now and start practing using them. I use the ones that can be left in 24/7 take them out once a week to clean brill, but you get use to putting them in and out.

re: pescription goggles

My Optician refuses to give me contacts due to the fact I only have sight in one eye and I'm only slightly short sighted in the other so have used OTG goggles which I hated.

So I searched the Net, Try
Ski-prescription.com or
Spex4less.com

I contacted one of them to ask about if your prescription changes and they will replace the insert, or you should be able to get it done at your opticians.

Although I've not tried them yet hope this helps

Contact lenes everytime, wil only take a day or two to get used too then you will never look back, no steamed up glasses or goggles, no nead to carry glasses when wearing goggles so they cnt get broken. Get daily disposables much easier and cleaner
