i will look back , my comp or my network is playing up sometimes ok, other times cuts me off , a pain in the a**e 18 mth contract so i'm stuck with it' p****d off at the mo

OK - click on START (bottom left on your computer) then onto SETTINGS then CONTROL PANEL.

Then INTERNET OPTIONS.

Then click on GENERAL and then DELETE all temporary internet files.

This will sort out your problem without losing anything of importance.

Let me know how you get on.

i have nothing of importance on the comp .... but after what you have said seem to be ok thanks
