If I want to contact partner from my mobile who will also be somewhere on the slopes, do I need to put a code infront of his mobile number or just call it as normal?

Hey Guys...why pay the tariff prices to send text's to eachother probably on roaming rates Question...get yourself some walkie talkies its a lot cheaper, thats what i use, as they have a 12 mile radius Exclamation that way you can save money to spend on Booze meet you at the buzz bar if your out there in Boro beginning of March?
