ploand skiing

anyone been to Poland skiing, being told it is good value any facts?

From what I hear, the skiing is very good but the resorts lack infrastructure and are geared towards tourism. Somebody I work with who happens to be Polish used to go there every year and claimed best way to go was to drive. Another offputting aspect was that she said where she skis, the best place to stay is a monastary. It's cheap but the food is basic and rooms are basic too, infact so basic that they have no electricity. Didn't want to insult her and ask about a hotel so I turned my ...
