Hello everyone,
I have been trying to buy a plot in Beli Iskar, near Borovets, near where the new ski lifts are going to go. Unfortunately all the plots that I can find for sale, are huge and therefore very expensive. Does anyone, or maybe 2 others want to buy a plot and divide it up? I myself do not want to spend much more than 25,000 euros, hopefully less. Personally I want to buy a plot around 500-700 m2 to build my own chalet on. I know Beli Iskar quite well as we were on holiday ...

due to the expansion scheme coming, you are unlikely to find anything in regulation close to the new slopes for less than about 150e per m. There are also a lot of problems over ownership and who owns what, a lot going through the courts at the moment. Just because some real estate agent says the lands for sale doesnt actually make it so!!
We bought a plot last year and have an option on another, but we will hang on to it and look for around 250e per m in a year or two.

Heard a rumour that the unregulated land near where the new ski lift will be is being bought back by the government and will be used for parking etc for the lifts.It seems that there is a lot of building happening in Madjare.
