well doctor it all started last mon night whilst in the bar in my hotel...i suddenly felt very sick and had not had any beer at all
was sicky sicky sicky through the night and suffered the afore mentioned pain. BG doc pressed my tummy and then gave two ....yes two injections in my BUTTOCKS 
will i die?

only drank bottled water but had gallons of it. cleaned my teeth in tap water but spat a lot

no none of that....just sicky and headachy again...i need looking after on a positive note doc has prescribed lansoprazole but not managed to get them yet.....hope i dont die just yet re: poorly girl!!!
sounds more like a virus to me, unless you ate/drank something very very very dodgy on your first night.re: poorly girl!!!
