Hey all! Just got back from my third trip to Borovets and although Ive had a great time I think its my last. No big gripes with the place just think its time for a change. Had fun in white magic, bobbys, titanic and frankos. Definately sick of the touts, some of which are getting much more aggresive than previous - buzz bar had a drunken guy and a mate dressed as a penguin hassling passers by and screaming "f### you!" Borosport have done a good job with the buses but think more could have been done to open yastrabets 1.

I went in 2010 and vowed that was the last time due to poor conditions. But could not quite give up on it due to nostalgia. Went again in 2011 - abysmal conditions again. That was the last straw. I come back to this forum each year in the hope things will change.
Borovets needs to get sorted - in man made snow and overall image, to have a long term future.
Maybe nostalgia is the right word, Im not sure what made me go back. I dont think the price is enough anymore! Like I said some places (the best places) don't need an annoying tout and if anything they put me off wanting to go places.
They cant help the snow though and the new ticket setup is spot on!
