There is also various slopes higher up the mountain where you can find a lot of pwder next to the pisted runs. Also, there is loads of off-piste terrain if you are confident and experienced enough - It is always worthwhile and wise to have a chat with one of the local ski instructors before venturing off-piste in Bansko as it is very easy to get lost and you can often find yourself nowhere near a lift, in very poor weather and on very unsafe/avalnche prone slopes. Unless you know the "black spots" when venturing off-piste, you may also get your board/ski's well and truly damaged by the many bouler fields, tree stumps etc. Speak withe a local boarder for advice before going deep off-piste.
