Yes mate - as with Skiing you need to book a decent hotel rating - and I would suggest no lower than 4 star.

I would recommend any of the following.

Mercury.
Alba.
Iberostar Sunny Beach.
Globus.


Or for real splendor try the Royal Gardens opening this summer and supposed to be the mutts nuts.
