pre paid lift passes

Hi Me Again,

has anyone paid for a lift pass in the uk over the net that hasn't gone with an tour company, if so can you tell me what the situ was ie did you have to collect them or was they delivered, did you have to send photo off, just need to know what the basics are really and if you had any problems along the line.
