Went to Boro last year and found it very reasonable , what effect has the euro had on prices ,got very drunk on about a tenner each night last year, just to compare .
Staying at the Rila third week in Feb

do you recommend changing sterling to Levs when you get there or before we leave the UK??!!

i change mine before i go but you can change alittle before you go for your first night then change money in the bank or hotel reception next day
some ppl use the booths out in the streets - i dont as they can be dodgy and not good paybacks but thats my opinion
