prices 05/06

been looking at the prices for bulgaria 05/06 after an ace first holiday there this winter. i'm now feeling very sad that i might not be able to return as the prices have soared with the company we booked through last time. to tstay in the same hotel, same time, same everything is almost exactly double!!
admittedly the intital price this winter was amazing but it is still quite a turnaround.

is this because of all the development or airfares or did we just catch on to a well kept secret ...

Caught on to a well kept secrect I'm afraid.

We have been for the last 2 years but couldn't afford to go this year Crying as we have to go during half term.

I really don't think the locals are benifitting in quite the same way as the wealthy UK Tour Operators. All simple economics of supply and demand. The more we demand the more they can charge - sad day for us all Crying

re: prices 05/06

hmm, depends what you mean by cheap

a deal including snow package is the best part of £500 this year (or slightly less)

surely its not £1000 next year!

Check out all the brochures - we've looked at next year's Balkan Holidays brochure and it looks ok to my missus (and she is the expert in the house).
Have a good look round. Very Happy

Cant say I have noticed much of a rise myself. Last 4 times of goimg in March I have always paid around £400 each. Booked for next January with inghams and have paid £780 all in for the both of us. I think you need to shop around mate.

re: prices 05/06

we went in december last until 2nd january and we are going same time this year and it has only gone up about £200 for the 3 of us so that is'nt that much, this was with Balkan Holidays, it includes ski school aswell. Good luck.

Jed who do you go with? I checked Balkan prices next year for Finlandia, Pamps and its gone up by at least £200 for 2 adults 1 child depending which week we go in Feb 06 (don't know our half term dates yet). I'd like to know who you go with.
