Can anyone advise me on whether I should book snowboarding lessons through the operator when booking my holiday, or whether I should just try and sort them out when I arrive? e.g. find a group to join or a private instructor for cash in hand lessons direct?

I went to Borovets a couple of years ago and have been a few times in the UK. I thought it might be good value and useful to arrange private one-to-one lessons when I arrive - I was recommended to do this for any return trip to Borovets. But will this be easy to sort out in Bansko? Is it more fun/rewarding to be in a pre-booked group course of lessons?
think its realtively easy your hotel could possibly arrange for you on arrival there was a couple there last year that did that. or you could just ask at the ski school office in the gondla station. or try bansko ski in google and will take you to the ulen site then you can email them. few options for you
Try the intersport shop opposite the gondola on the main street, and ask for George. Don't know what they charge, but a family in Feb this year thought that they were good.
