problems booking ski equip from this site

i tryed tobook ski pass and ski equipment from this site and i got a negative unswes,they tell me that i have to book the hotel from them only then i will be able to book ski equip... does somebody got across that problem?

We had this problem too and they don't even bother to answer the 'phone or emails for several days. I'm now taking my own equipment - stuff 'em.

Book the ski equipment / package through your travel agent. It's cheaper than Profi Tours prices anyway.
You will have to book with your travel agent at least 2 weeks before you go or they won't do it for you. Don't wait until you get there - you'll pay twice as much as advertised on this site.

OK - so you are travelling from Israel - how much of the trip can you pre-book in Israel and how much can you book through this site?

Most people who use this site are from the UK so maybe if you explain that you are travelling from Israel and that you are unable to pre-book there, it may be different.
