Hi Angie,
We have purchased one of the chalets at Chamkoria and I must say that we have to date had no problems at all. Yvonne and Sean have been most helpful and guided us through every step of the development.
We are getting close to the end now and really looking forward to moving in. When the Super Borovets development starts to kick in we will hopefully see further developments in this locality and the new golf course and gondola, only time and an economic recovery will tell.
Only thing we did not get from them was the furniture pack as we felt we got a better choice from sylvan mebel who have also been great too. it was down to taste at the end of the day and the quality of furniture proposed by both was very good.

True, they are bloody miles away from the lift and the centre of Borovets - even if the fantasy of the Super Borovets project takes off (which is extremely doubtful) it'll still be in the middle of nowhere. But hey, some people like this and you can always get a ski bus.... I'd be looking for a serious discount to even consider it, and would definitely demand bank guarantees for any advances they request. Many of these development companies are on their knees so comprehensive due diligence using an independent lawyer is essential.

I was mountain biking in Borovets recently and went past this development. Had a quick nose around the buildings and it looks like it is nearly finished. It is outside the centre of Borovets but as Mat says some people prefer this. You will need a shuttle bus for sure. Mind you, the views there were lovely and I think I would prefer to be in the forest rather than in crowded Borovets. The little houses were cute and it looked like a small village rather than the big apartment blocks you see everywhere these days.
