you can get two wave radios from any good electrical retailer,curry's ,comet,dixons.i got a pair of motorola t4502 from comet work great cost about £40 work over about 4km which is more than enough.

I have done extensive research on all of the tw-way radios on offer at the momment that fall into the licence-free category i.e. PMR446 and 0.5W capacity and have found the Motorola range to be the choice of preference for may users, hence my choice for the T5522. Saying that, I am sure that other makes will perform very well and certainly suffice for the type of use you are looking for.

As for my gym session, yes thank you, it was good. My training and workouts are specific to mountaineering as that is my sport/hobbie. But, it does help when skiing. The stronger the leg musles are the less the chance of knee injury!
