re: question for anybody been to pamps more than 2 times

you can ask for him, it also depends if you are travelling with the same company this time as you did last, they tend to work for the holiday companies.

That's not true jojo. At the beginning of the season the instructors are asigned to a particular travel company. That may not be the same company every year, but once asigned they very seldom change mid-season.

re: question for anybody been to pamps more than 2 times

I was lucky and had the instructor that first taught me in 98 when I went out in 2004. But that was a fluke. This season in Pamps it was a free for all with the instructors teaching all tour ops groups which I have never experianced before.

re: question for anybody been to pamps more than 2 times

to be honest they are all good, but if you prefer him/her then if on the first day you do not get them, and you feel the class is either holding you back or that you are holding them up you can ask to change, find out what level your old instructor is doing that week and see if he minds you joining his class, but as far as I could tell it will depend on the tour operator - but maybe you can get around that....
good luck

re: question for anybody been to pamps more than 2 times

When in Pamps Xmas, I asked our instructor is he assigned to one tour company and he replied no. We were with Balkan, he said he will have a day off then he would be with Thompsons the following week.
