The Iglika is a smaller cosier hotel... the Rila is huge and always bustling with people... it depends what you like..

I fancied the Iglika much better than the Rila when I was looking thru the brochure - sadly Balkan Hols had no rooms left for the week I wanted, so staying at the Olymp now. I'd def go for the Iglika.
