I'm in the UK and interested in buying an apartment in Pamporova or Bansko ski resorts. I've never been but hear good things about both. Does anyone have any advice?Anyone in UK been though the buying process in Bulgaria? Or selling process?

Simple advice...
Be totally realistic of your intended use. Appreciate the number of apartments being built. The possible market you are aiming at if intending to rent. The overheads and tax implications if you do.
See through the salesman talk, go to see yourself and actually talk to existing owners who will be better placed to give advice and direct you towards making a decision.
Apartments are no longer cheap, a hefty investment will be required, find out everything you can before ...

Bansko would be my first choice, go and see yourself.
One small point apart from others i have raised, consider the existing development will add 20,000 beds to the existing accomadation, at peak times i wonder what the queue will be like for the single gondolar serving the ski fields ??? There will also be a need to expand the existing ski area ??? Plans are in place for another gondolar (yet to be decided where) but no plans to expand the skiing.
Developers continue to build apartments, you do the maths....
If anyone has firm information regarding expansion of the skiing in Bansko please advise
