Really good question about the roaming data and I am afraid I have only a couple of solutions:
1. Get a local sim card
2. Set it for wi-fi only (almost everywhere in BG ski resorts is covered by free wi-fi)

The app works via GPS and local cell positioning (so GSM location) so you WILL incur data costs if roaming when using it.

However, to the best of my knowledge, most of the UK operators have "roaming bolt-ons". However, if you are regular visitor to BG, you should really think about a local SIM card or worst case, one of those travel SIMS that supports free incoming roaming calls and normal-ish data charges.

Development feedback for you as requested from a pamps boy...

Shopping section would be great to if Smolyan details were included, most new visitors should go to Smolyan and would appreciare knowing about billa, lidl etc

Restaurants in pamps - check the recent link on whats happening to pamps, most of us regulars seem to agree on where the good places are!

Hotels, bars and other eateries - how can local businesses contact you via email or phone? I know plenty that are good that would want to get involved and would proberbly offer discounts via some kind of voucher codes system

Can you get the piste map to include a zome function

Resturant feedback / comments section with a star system for punters to advise others a bit like trip advisor would be great. This would ensure cream comes to the top as we all would like

And of course a link to the best forum in bulgaria - don't fall into the trap of offering an alternative, we all want to talk and offer advice in the same place which is already well established. That way nothing gets missed or lost along the way - Please moderators, work with these guys to improve both this site and thier app!

OK... to answer in turn in terms of the development plans:
1. Shopping Section - You are right and if I am honest we have not done as much as possible to promote Pamps as we want with the app so far. To be honest, we have yet to make it to Pamps this season - We tried on Thursday but got derailed by a faulty fuel system. We hope to be there next week if you have any recommendations apart from those already stated of who/what should be listed. We hope to rectify this in the next update (7 days time)
2. Restaurants in Pamps - Do you have a link to the thread for this please? It would be helpful as I can't seem to find it.
3. Contacting us for listings - At present, most businesses find us through our website/s - if they are savvy enough to Google it! - Contact section will be getting added for next update.
4. Zoom on Piste Map - This is the number one thing we are working on at the moment. We should also have them in landscape mode too.
5. Restaurant FeedBack - It was something we have been beating ourselves up with! However, all will become clearer over the next couple of weeks as we release details of the Checkin Game which will help to promote the local businesses better. We have also had negative experiences with this kid of feedback before here in BG. It seems some restaurant/hotels owners like to waste their time doing negative reviews on their competitors. Go figure! On the websites, we can track IP addresses so we can see who posted what. Not so easy on the mobile front but we are working on it. We are also working on specialist icons for the best businesses we can find/users find.
5. Link to this forum - In the next update! I agree, it's the best online community in English (probably even in Bulgarian). So that SHOULD be added by next week too!
