Can anyone tell me the difference between Bansko, Bulgaria (Ruse) and Bansko, Bulgaria (Blagoevgrad) as they have two different weather reports on accuweather.

Hi,

They are two different places. About 300km apart. If you are going skiing you must look at the Blagoevgrad report.
