re: christmas 2006-7

Garry I stayed at the Kempinski in Bansko last Xmas and it was about £2000 for 2 adults and 1 child.

Last time I went was for 10 days at feb half term and did the trip independantly. flights £ 520, 5 *apartment £550
transfers £100.

You can get apartments cheaper but we wanted the swimming pool and spa so shelled out a bit extra. Hope this helps

re: christmas 2006-7

garry i booked a private appartment yes it was hasle free ish the one problem you have no rep for advice and if i was going at christmas would pay that bit extra as i think you will get a better atmosphere in a hotel and have a better time. I was in pamps last christmas and the hotels realy make an effort and the guest all seem to get on

re: christmas 2006-7

Gary, I went to Pamps for New Year and got a week half board at the Hotel Pamporovo for £299. It was a last minute deal through lastminute.com and we got a week's snowboarding tuition for £100 each.
