in my opinion yes we could have done with more snow but you either enjoy what you have or sit there and whinge, and i am on holiday so no whinging from me or my family .
in the present conditions if you have booked into ski school you will learn to ski dont fret.
as always the kempinski hotel 5 star it does what it says on the tin nice .
bansko is trying to get to grips with western europeans holidaying there and on the odd occassion that a piece of meat was under cooked by our standards they couldnt apologise enough and re cooked it on 1 occassion they actually supplied a complete new meal,so dont knock them they are trying, imagine the boot on the other foot us trying to cook bulgarian cuisine it would take a while before we did it to everyones satisfaction.
so summary is yes it could do with snow (but so could the whole of europe)
no it didnt snow between the 6/01/07 -13/01/07 well apart from 1 minute on the friday the 12 ,and thats all.
if you get out of bed at a reasonable time ther were no queues at the gondola
