reasons for lack of snow

borovets seems to have lots of snow, over twice as much as bansko!! can this be true??also does anybody think the lack of snow across europe the last 2 weeks has anything to do with globle warming???
im sure everybody would like to no everybodys opions?? i no i wud!!
