rental income for this year

How are is the rental business for this year? i am curious how many bookings apartment owners are getting?
i've heard some apartments are fully booked until april

OK - full from just before Christmas and booked until end Jan. Not getting much advance bookings but they seem to trickle in at the last minute - which is odd considering the poor snow in Pamps. Feb half term also gone for ours athough there are still lots of others in our group avail for Feb half term.
Generally I'm quite pleased and reasonably optimistic that I might cover my costs this season which, considering the poor snow, I'd be happy with.

In Pamps and only advertised on my own website - e-mail me for details of the website - can't advertise it on here.

Good to here your doing well with the rentals.
I have a place in Pamporovo and would be interested in how you advertise yours and handle the change overs etc.
