Seeing as it doesn't look like i am going to do that well out of renting my apartmnet, what is the best way to go about selling it?
I paid 1500 euros per square meter, am i likely to acheive this? The apartment is 500m from the gondala.

The best way of selling it you will need a lot of luck. Bansko has a over supply of apartments at the moment and they are not moving.
