The kinderarten is good for skiing, the kids are grouped by age, if the youngest is not skiing the creche is ok if a little spartan, our daughter stayed in it last year, comes as a big suprise to them as not all the kids are talking english!!!!!! There is a sizeable games room for the kids, video games pool air hockey etc, the swimming pool, and also a sort of paint your own ceramics area which seems to involve lots of mess. Cant help you with the Rila equipment as we always use the Samakov ...

Cant help you with the Rila equipment as we always use the Samakov store, but Im sure they are similar and the equipment is easily adequate for all but the advance skier. The Rila bar/reception area gets very busy apres ski so you may need to keep an eye on the smaller skiers!!!! you will have loads of fun and the kindergarten instructors are all very friendly
