Anyone know if the road connecting Pamps and Greece is finished yet???

Not sure if any roads are open yet, this is some information I read from someone who is in the area.
In my opinion the border crossing being discussed is that which will be opened south-east of Smolyan. The route follows the road 868 to Rudozem (17km), then from Rudozem it is just 10km directly south to the forthcoming border point called Eledzhe-Ehinos. From Ehinos it is then 30km maximum to the lovely town of Xanthi. Frm Xanthi it is then about 25km to the coast at Lagos and the Vistonia Bay. This makes a total of 75km from the border point to the Aegean....and an overall total of just over 100km from Smolyan to the Aegean Sea.
